A tool that runs church management programs.

Donarius is an application designed for the management of churches and nonprofit organizations. It helps users keep track of their members, contributions, pledges and donation receipts.

Donarius makes it easier to store donation-related information and allows users to view it based on various criteria such as dates, names or time range.

NOTE: In order to send tax receipts or quarterly statements by email you need to install one of the following PDF printer drivers: eDocPrinter or Win2PDF, and set it up to encrypt the PDFs

To share data between several computers over the Internet you need to create a DropBox account and download it to each computer.

To backup to a CD-R or CD-RW you need a software that makes your CD drive look like a hard drive. For example: InCD by Nero, DLA by Soni or DirectCD by Adaptec.

Donarius features :

- Enter donations or pledges by donor name or church envelope number
- Find any donor quickly by first name, surname, donor number, church envelope number, street, postal/zip code, phone number or tax receipt number
- View donations and/or pledges for a date range, grouped by day, week, month, quarter or year
- View donations and/or pledges for one donor or the total for all donors

Requirements:

- 10 megabytes of hard disk space

Limitations:

- 30-day trial
- You can export only 10 donors or donations at a time
- You can print only sample tax receipts
- Only one email at a time can be sent
