Exselo Desktop is a robust application designed for teams that need to collaborate as it provides secure file sharing and communications, thanks to peer-to-peer encryption support.

To access the program you’ll need an account, which can be created when you run it for the first time. You can invite more people via email and after they log in, they will appear in the ‘Users’ list. The same section displays preset groups and current conversations.

To start a new chat session, all you need to do is click on another user’s icon and choose the related function. Exselo Desktop will automatically index files in the ‘Documents’ folder, although you can define additional directories from the app’s Settings. These folders will be used as a source to deliver results for remote searches performed by other users.

The search function will look in remote shared folders as well as local directories offering a number of filtering options for more accurate results. Also, the program benefits from Outlook integration, thus you can use to search your mail folders.
