TupiTube Desk: An intuitive application that allows anyone to create simple 2D animations

A while back, creating animations was not such a simple task as most specialized software was designed for professionals, thus required thorough documentation in order to be used properly. As time went by, more applications have emerged, many of them designed to provide simple solutions to create 2D animations, even for those with little to no experience in the field.

Tupi is a friendly and intuitive tool that lets you quickly create 2D animations, even if you’ve never done similar work before. The UI is straightforward but also customizable – users can reposition items such as the toolbar, Color Palette, frame panel, and Scenes Manager among others.

The program includes a Preview animation component and useful tools that allow you to create vector-based animations. Projects can be exported in popular video formats such as AVI, MPEG, OGV and SWF as well as image formats, specifically JPEG, PNG or SVG.

Furthermore, animations can be easily edited frame by frame thanks to intuitive functions like the Exposure sheet and the Time Line. Despite the fact Tupi is extremely easy to use, it provides extensive Help contents and a large collection of guides is available on the official website.
