HashMyFiles: A small, yet powerful and reliable application that will allow you to easily calculate the MD5 and SHA1 hashes of the selected files

HashMyFiles is a practical piece of software that allows you to view hash information for your files, as well as calculate the integrity of files.

The program is portable which means it will not perform any changes on the Windows registry. Furthermore, it doesn't require installation and you can run it from your local hard drive or external USB storage drives. You can import files using drag and drop, the built-in file browser or the folder view.

HashMyFiles also lets you import currently running processes, and manually add entries by entering their full path, as well as work with multiple items at the same time. For each item, the file queue will list the name, full path, size, file and product version, date of creation, last modification date, attribute, extension, and the MD5, SHA1, CRC32, SHA-256, SHA-512, and SHA-384 hash.

Selected items can be exported to a TXT, CSV, XML, or HTML file, plus you can view the file properties mentioned above in a window. The application enables you to find specific items using the built-in search, and copy the MD5, CRC32, or SHA1 data.

What's more, HashMyFiles also lets you display grid lines, choose between decimal or hexadecimal CRC32 display modes, generate an HTML report, customize columns, and integrate HashMyFiles into Explorer's context menu. The program can be set to remain on top of other applications and minimized to the system tray.
