RV Park: A feature-rich application including all the tools needed to manage a rental business

RV Park is a comprehensive software solution designed to let you manage a rental business. It offers a reservation grid you can use to handle all kinds of rentals but also to track available sites.

The UI is plain and functional, offering an easy way to access all the included features for managing and adding client reservations for rental businesses. You have several options in order to make a reservation. You can use the Guest Panel to manually make a reservation. Once you’ve chosen the arrival and departed date and the type of site, a list with all available sites will be displayed.

You can make other types of reservations using the On-Line Reservation service, the Park Map Panel or the Site Grid Panel. If you’ve been looking for a simple way to monitor the transactions made by each guest over a longer period of time, the Guest History tool lets you easily do that. If you have records of guests that were slow to pay or canceled reservations repeatedly, you can analyze them all and process them before or as you’re booking new reservations.

For customers that leave and don’t pay their bills, the application allows you to flag former guests with a „Do Not Rent” sign, so they won’t be able to make reservations in the future. Information can be exported as a plain text, CSV or Excel file. Users can customize filters and query statements and save export structures using the preffered output format.
