DocPoint is an intuitive tool that makes it easy to manage and sort your documents, as it packs interesting features like MS Office suite integration and an email extractor.

The application allows you to quickly setup different types of documents, like incoming, outgoing, and internal document cards with the possibility to fill in information for each item. There’s also the possibility to create profiles for document archiving.

For each profile you will be able to use various criteria for sorting, move records, assign it to favorites lists and libraries, as well as use the cabinet folder tree.
