MagiWOL: Use the Wake On LAN function for computers connected to your Local Area Network

Wake On LAN is an incredibly useful networking standard that allows administrators to perform a variety of attended or unattended operations on LAN workstations. Using it is made easier by MagiWOL, a free and intuitive utility.

The application lets you wake your own computer as well as other machines in your local area network.
To use MagiWOL you will need to have the Wake On LAN function turned on. SecureOn security feature and Ipv6 are both supported by the application.
