FotoSketcher: FotoSketcher turns photos into sketches.

FotoSketcher is a free application that lets you easily transform ordinary photos into creative paintings and pencil sketches. With Fotosketcher you can make any image look like it was painted or drawn by a professional artist.

You can choose between multiple painting and drawing styles and easily adjust parameters until the result satisfies you. The program also includes an essential collection of image enhancement tools (contrast, luminosity, sharpen, color saturation…etc.) and allows you to add text and various types of frames.

The program is free for both home users and businesses and supports all versions of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. It includes more than 20 artistic effects and supports multiple languages.
