Maple Professional is the main premium version of all products in the tree outline manager’s niche created by Crystal Office Systems. Maple Professional is the most complex program of all tree outline managers meant for power users.

It allows you to form hierarchical trees which are storing different data like files, documents, notes and images. With Maple Professional you will be able to make unlimited nodes and sub-nodes, to which you can later assign any document or file.

Documents can be loaded from any file type and then exported or saved in .rtf, .txt, .doc, .wri, or .html file formats.

Maple offers you the ability to create backup files of your trees easily with integrated backup system.

If you decide to feature confidential documents in your nodes, you will be able to encrypt them with built-in file encryption tool.

If your system has Microsoft Word installed, you will be able to use all benefits of Word’s embedded spelling system. Next to built-in Maple spell checker there is a feature which allows you to perform synonym and grammar check.

Maple Professional has extensive support for rich text formatting and unlimited styles. Drag and drop feature is supported as well.

It also comes with an advanced search utility called the Finder which makes easier to search for files in your trees. There is also a support for importing multiple documents into the tree with a single click.
