PixelCryptor: Easily hide personal files and folders inside images

PixelCryptor is an intuitive tool that lets you hide important files and folders in an image of your choice, currently supporting JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF and TIFF formats. It also allows you to decrypt the information from your images directly in its UI.

The application includes help documentation, altough encryption and decryption tasks can be easily configured via a step-by-step wizard. As a result, you can load multiple files in the program as to create a list of items you wish to encrypt. These can be added in PixelCryptor via drag and drop or using the provided browse option.

You can view the filename, type, size and last modification date for each of the loaded files and you can change the view mode between list, details, tiles and a few more options.

Also, users can add and create new folders and remove files from the encrypted package. PixelCryptor can be set to delete the source files and folders when the encoding process is completed. The tool lets you select a photo (which should have one of the supported formats) where the files and folders should be hidden and you can preview it in the applications interface.

The data is encrypted in a CGP file which is named and saved to a location on your computer’s hard drive as to your specifications. Lastly, you can extract the information hidden in the encrypted images by loading the correct photo in PixelCryptor.
