The application is in compliance with the latest AISC specifications and it allows you to design steel base plates, columns, and even steel and composite beams!

It provides you with in-field editing capabilities which can help you maximize your productivity and you can instantly view your designed results as you enter data. It’s a perfect tool to have at your disposal if you’re in the engineering field.

- Gives you the ability to design biaxial loading, including uplift.
- Comes equipped with support for simply supported beams with two end cantilevers.
- Quickly generates and displays the forces, moments and pressure, the moment, and shear diagrams.
- Automatically calculates the lateral bracing parameters for you.
- Able to quickly and easily convert between US, SI, and metric units.

Requirements:

Please note that in order for ASDIP Steel to function properly on your Windows system, you must have at least 15 MB of hard disk space available.

Limitations:

Please note that this trial version of ASDIP Steel will only be valid for 15 days and that you’ll have to deal with a nag screen during that time. You also won’t be able to save your projects or print reports. For full capabilities, you’ll need to download a registered version of the program.
