DAEMON Tools Lite: application for multiprotection emulation

DAEMON Tools Lite is a free application which offers the essential tools for emulating disk images, creating them and optical disk authoring.
DAEMON Tools Lite development is based on the Generic SafeDisk emulator and can run backup copies of discs with advanced protection such as SafeDisc (C-Dilla), SecuRom and LaserLock, CDCOPS, StarForce and Protect CD.

- Creates images of CD/DVD/Blu-ray discs in .iso, .mds/.mdf and .mdx formats.

Media devices virtualization

- Can emulate up to 4 CD/DVD virtual drives and allows mounting several images at the same time.
- Provides customizing options for virtual drives such as changing a drive letter and DVD region.
- Supports mounting disc images to a virtual drive for the following formats: .mdx, .mds/.mdf, .iso, .b5t, .b6t, .bwt, .ccd, .cdi, .cue, .nrg, .pdi, .isz.
System integrated user interface
- The icon in the System Tray provides access to all functionalities.
- Can mount images straight from Windows Explorer through the File Associations feature.
- Has a built-in Command Line Interface for automation purposes.
- The DAEMON Tools Gadget allows executing basic actions right from Windows Desktop.
