DDProxy: A small Windows tool capable of gathering information about proxy servers and socks

If you need a simple solution to gather details regarding proxy servers and socks, Gather Proxy is an excellent choice. The application is portable and since no setup is required to run it, Gather Proxy won’t add new Registry entries or modify existing ones.

The functional UI is very well organized despite the fact it includes a large number of options. Users can choose what type of data should be gathered, which can be either proxy server or socks list. The lists shown in the app are downloaded from gatherproxy.com.

Also, you can enter a certain URL from where the program should grab data, import a proxy list from a file stored on your hard drive, start/stop the current task or paste information from the Clipboard.

Gathered information regarding the proxy server contains details such as country, level, SSL, last update, time, Uptime and so on. The tool enables you to select and copy a proxy server to the Clipboard then paste it to a TXT file. Furthermore you can quickly set the selected proxy for all major web browsers, specifically Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.

A highly useful capability of Gather Proxy is its smart filtering function. It allows you to look for user-defined proxy servers, as well as make a custom list of proxies to be excluded from the searches.

Regarding configuration, users can define the maximum number of proxies to be shown in the main pane, automatically save data to a defined output folder and upload the proxy list through FTP servers.
