Elephicon: A great tool for creating icons for Windows and macOS

Elephicon is a handy GUI wrapper for PNG2icons, and it was designed with the sole purpose to provide every user with an easy way to create icons for Windows and macOS applications.

Elephicon will allow you to generate Apple ICNS and Microsoft ICO files from PNG formats directly to your computer.

The program was designed to be very easy to understand by just dragging and dropping the PNGs on the app's GUI, and selecting the output format. (the ideal input is a 24-bit PNG with an alpha channel (RGBA) with 1024x1024 pixels, and ICO files 256x256 pixels).

It also offers the ability to choose from three quality settings (e.g. low, medium, and high), and even tweak the ICO output behavior (e.g. you can use the BMP format for the smaller icon sizes, or use the PNG format for each icon in the created ICO file).

Elephicon is a very handy program, that helps users create icons for Windows and macOS apps and projects, while also being lightweight and sporting a minimalist interface.
