Picture Cutout Guide is a graphic editing application that allows you to separate objects from a photo’s background and use them to create a photomontage.

You can drag and drop photos on the interface or load them using the provided browse option. The program allows you to work with JPG, BMP, PnG, TIF, RLE, DBI and TPI image formats.

With Picture Cutout Guide you can easily separate objects from the background, remove the wide edge, swap the object and its background, fill in the background with a custom color, as well as store the separated object to paste it into another photo.

Among the numerous editing options included there is also the possibility to paste objects that have been separated from the background into an image, delete and rotate objects, and apply special effects.
