Quip: A great app for people that need to work together on different Team Projects.

It sports a clean, user-friendly interface, and comes with a lot of useful features that can be easily accessed even by the less experienced users while providing everyone with accessibility without impacting efficiency.

You will need to create an account for Quip in order to access all of its functions. After that, you can add new contacts to the group by clicking the "Add Contacts" button and by adding their name in the designed field.

It lets you import existing documents from your computer in case you don't want to start fresh, or lets you create a new one directly within the application. (e.g. Text documents, spreadsheets, and folders for organizing the files).

Another feature that Quip offers is Chat support, and it will help you keep in touch with your project members, by creating a chat room and send public messages for everyone or by sending a private message to a single member at a time.
