With Epi Info and a personal computer, physicians, epidemiologists, and other public health and medical workers can rapidly develop a questionnaire or form, customize the data entry process, and enter and analyze data.

Epi Info contains a set of tools and utilities which can be installed individually or collectively.

Note: You do not have to register with Epi Info to use Epi Info, but registration allows the developer to contact you with training opportunities, new versions, etc.
