Lepton is an Electron-based software that lets you create, remove, edit, and organize gists from your computer, without the need for a browser.

The software comes with a well-organized and user-friendly interface, which lets you use it without any types of problems or needing any advanced computer skills, and once launched it will prompt you to type in your GitHub credentials in order to authenticate.

All the gists are automatically grouped by language, on the left side of the window, and you can also add custom tags and titles to organize better, while also expanding the search capabilities.

Lepton also comes with a smart quick-search feature, that is accessible from the app's Gist menu, while also being capable of working with Markdown files and will automatically render them.

All in all, Lepton is a great piece of software that lets users create, remove, edit and organize gists directly from your computer's Desktop, while also coming with a clean and user-friendly interface to make life easier for all users.
