Graphviz: A great software to that makes it easy to create graphs

Graphviz is software that was designed to make it easy to create graphs to understand or learn the principles of engineering, bioinformatics, design, or networking, and it comes packed with numerous features.

The software has a very simple and user-friendly interface, that comes with no special requirements and is easy to install.

It allows the users to create new diagrams from zero or open existing ones, in order to preview and edit them.

Graphviz allows you to select the layout engine that you need on that type of project (e.g. dot, circo, fdp, neato, nop, nop1, nop2, osage, patchwork or sfdp), and also able to choose the target format for exporting the graph once it's done (e.g. BMP, JPE, JPEG, PDF, EPS, metafile, etc.)

All in all, Graphviz is a great piece of software that is designed to help users create graphs, in order to make it easier to understand and learn the principles of engineering, bioinformatics, design, and networking, while also coming with a simple and easy to understand User Interface.
