Screen To Gif is a friendly piece of software that allows you to generate custom animations thanks to various dedicated options such as sepia effects and adding text.

The program records the current display screen and each frame is saved as a screenshot allowing you to edit these images before generating the animation. Via the built-in Editor you can perform various customizations such as inserting captions or short text descriptions.

Furthermore, you can adjust the display timers and set to display text for only a few frames. Screen To Gif enables you to import and export frames as JPG, PNG, BMP, or GIF files and includes a complete set of essential image editing functions.

Users can apply rotate and flip effects, as well as add a frame-by-frame crop to their screen recordings. Regarding effects, the selection includes sepia, pixelate, color, grayscale, blur, and negative options and it's possible to add handmade designs using the "Free drawing" option. Last but not least, the "Speed modifier" option can be used to slow down or speed up animations
