GBTimelapse is a robust application created with professional photographers in mind. It allows them to easily capture time-lapse images which can be processed at a later time. GBTimelapse works with a tethered DSLR camera and monitors the capturing process of time-lapse photos.

It controls the camera shutter and can take still photos at user-defined periods. As a result, you can make some amazing time-lapse videos with almost no effort at all. As the program is able to take hundreds and even thousands of photos, the resulting time lapse can be of extremely high quality, and come out exactly according to your specifications.

Besides allowing you to use a DSLR camera connected to the computer, GBTimelapse also lets you control a camera thethered to a PC by a USB cable. From the application, you can easily tweak the camera settings, and the environment so picture are captured just the way you want.

The interval at which the program takes pictures can be set from a few seconds to a few minutes. For smoother transitions it is recommended you choose smaller time intervals.
