ReMount: Rremount your partitions by changing their designated letter after a fresh OS installation

ReMount is a friendly console software application that lets you quickly change the letters of your Windows drives without having to open the system's disk management settings.

The application may come in handy if your partitions were assigned random letters during setup. Technically, the drives have the same functionality regardless of the letters they have assigned but for some people, the letters are used in a logical fashion and changing them may lead to confusion.

As a result, you can use ReMount to instantly change a drive letter without having to wait. It doesn't have a graphic interface and you will need to enter the commands in the Command Prompt.

If you want to swap to remount a letter use the "remount f: u:" command. If both letters are in use and will be swapped apply the -s parameters by using the command "remount f: u: -s"

On top of that, you have the option of using NTFS mount points instead of drive letters.
