Playnite is an open-source app, that was designed to provide users with a unified User Interface for managing their games, no matter the platform they are on, and will enable them to organize their titles, install and launch games, and also automatically updates the library.

When users launch the program for the first time, it will prompt them to import games from Steam, GOG, Origin, or Uplay, with the steam Library being imported instantly, while GOG and Origin will require their account details.

Users can launch a game by double-clicking its entry, after that the program will be minimized or sent to the system tray automatically.

They will also have the possibility to install games in their library from Playnite, and even launch any of the available third-party clients.

Users will also be able to create custom categories, filter and group games by store, and even show only the games that are installed, uninstalled or favorite titles.
