WowUp is one of the most popular add-on software utilities for World of Warcraft, that lets you browse a bunch of addons, install them and keep them updated automatically.

The utility comes with a clean and simple understand Interface, however, you will need to make sure you have WoW client installed and the Battle.net App is up to date.
