Duplicate Killer is a functional Outlook add-in that can help you find and delete duplicate emails, events, contacts, and tasks.

The add-in resides in Outlook’s toolbar in the Home tab and lets you manually find duplicate emails, tasks, contacts, events and other types of data but can also be set to automatically detect them.

Besides removal, you can assign categories for the detected items, as well as move them to a different location and create backups. It’s also possible to mark them using flags so you can easily find them later.

Duplicate Killer provides both manual and automatic duplicate search. Whichever you choose, the app will guide you via a wizard that will prompt you to set the type of data you want to find and remove.
