Weka: Efficient application for mining procedures and database analysis.

The main purpose of Weka is to offer users a collection of learning schemes and tools in order to use for mining data, and the algorithms can be applied directly to a dataset or Java code.

Users will be able to view four apps when they access the program for the first time, like Explorer, Experimenter, KnowledgeFlow, and Simple CLI, the first one lets them open a dataset or a database and edit it as they see fit.

The program also comes with tools for data clustering, association rules, and even attributes evaluator, which can be used for data plotting, for it will let them view and analyze point graphs for all possible attribute combo.

It will also allow users to develop new machine learning schemes, by configuring their experiments and choosing the types (e.g. classification or regression).

Weka is one of the best applications for all users that are familiarized with the mining procedures and database analysis and will allow them to view and analyze ARFF data files.
