DbGate is an open-source database administration tool that is designed to connect to Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL databases, and it will also provide a set of tools for managing the database content, creating queries, editing tables, etc.

The program comes with a neat and well-organized user interface and you will be able to start by adding a new connection and filling in the required information (e.g. Server’s location or address, port number, and your credentials), while also being able to test the connection before saving it.

It comes with a built-in SQL query designer and editor, which allows you to work with tables and views in your database by simply dragging and dropping them in the editor’s area, and the editor features automatic code completion, syntax highlighting, and line numbering, which will let you create and execute new SQL queries.

DbGate is a very handy tool for database administrators, and since it is open-source, it supports plugins, which makes working with it a breeze.
