SnoozeIt: A friendly Outlook extension that allows you to snooze your emails

SnoozeIt is a lightweight Outlook add-in that allows you to snooze specific email messages for a user-defined amount of time, until you’re ready to deal with them. This simple piece of software makes it easy to keep a tidy inbox and reply to messages at suitable times.

You can find the add-ins options in Microsoft Outlook’s ribbon. From the “Snooze For” menu, you can choose the delay period which can be between 15 minutes and two weeks, but you can also manually enter the duration.

“Snoozed” messages are automatically sent to a dedicated folder and return to your inbox when the delay period expires. As a result, you can rely on SnoozeIt if you need a simple way of replying to emails at times when you are available for this task.
