Yawcam: Broadcast your webcam through HTTP, stream or FTP with this feature-rich application

Yawcam is a free webcam software that lets you share your webcam stream in a number of ways. The application has a modern, clean interface and practically annyone can make full use of the extensive array of features it offers.

The first thing you need to do is enable port forwarding on your router, in order to be able to use Yawcam. The program lets you share the URL of your webcam with others, to allow them to watch the webcam stream.

A custom URL can be sent to network users and they will have the possibility to change the video quality and FPS, but also increase or decrease the scale.

Regarding security, Yawcam lets you password protect your streams so no one will be able to watch them, unless they know the correct username and password.

You’ll be able to broadcast your webcam through HTTP, FTP or stream, as long as you go to the Settings pane and fill in the credentials for an FTP server. Additional features include motion detection that will trigger automated screenshots, broadcast automatically on a set schedule and many more.
