To create a new company profile you will need to fill in the code, name, address, phone number, URL, fax, country and VAT registration numbers as well as the account’s email address, sale queries and enquires. You will also need to choose the saving folders for backups and data.

Furthermore, Adminsoft accounts, allows you to add notes, the account period type, number of periods and start date of the financial year.

It is also possible to add multiple user profiles. To create a new user profile you will be required to enter information regarding the name and ID, create a password, enable login and backup tasks, define login restrictions, adjust SMTP settings and fill in the email address. The application bundles numerous parameters that allow you to create payment methods, payroll taxes, VAT codes and rates, account periods, bank accounts and more.
