GanttDiva is an easy to use piece of software designed to help you to plan and create project schedules with Gantt Charts. It is an excellent Excel VBA project management tool that has full support for schedule logic including the display of all logical relationships. With GanttDiva you will be able to generate resource demande, burndow or timeline charts based on your schedule.

GanttDiva requires Microsoft Excel in order to function properly. It is a highly configurable scheduling tool, that allows you to setup the fields you require, set the schedule duration, set the default workday length, and add a reporting period, screen colors and more.

Full support for schedule logic allows you to use Finish-Start, Start-Start and Finish-Finish logical relationships and displays all logical relationships.

There are import / export capabilities that allow you to import and export GanttDiva data to and from excel files or to exchange the data with other users of complex scheduling software such as GanttDiva.

Full Support for Auto Filtering for Labor Demand, Burndown, Project Timelines is available. With auto filtering you will be able to drill down and analyze all kinds of data.

Task blocks feature copy / paste support. Complete task blocks can be easily copied and pasted while retaining predecessor links, which will allow you to quickly assemble a new project plan.

Labor demand charts and timeline charts are excellent additional features. Labor Demand Charts are generated based on the current and filtered view of your project and these charts will offer you the information that will help you find out what amount of effort is needed in order for your plan to be fully supported. Timeline charts can be automatically generated based on your project schedule and starting from one of four available styles.
