Glade

Glade: One of a kind application to help engineers edit integrated circuits' layouts without any effort.

Glade is a one-of-a-kind program that was designed to help users accomplish some of the most difficult tasks without too much effort.

It will help users like engineers edit integrated circuit layouts, by providing them with support for a wide variety of formats, and it stands for “Gds, Lef And Def Editor”, and it supports GDS2, LEF, DEF, OASIS formats, etc.

It comes with a very simplistic interface with a broad range of functions that are well-organized in standard menus and toolbar buttons.

The broad range of formats is what makes the program so versatile, and they can be imported or exported (e.g. among the imported formats users will be able to find Cadence, Laker, Techfile, GDS2, LEF, DEF, OASIS, Verilog, DXF, CDL, and ECO), while the exported formats list is a tad shorter (e.g. Techfile, GDS2, LEF, DEF, OASIS, Verilog, DXF and CDL).
