WildGem: Find and replace text strings with advanced operations

WildGem is a powerful text editing and word replacement application that enables you to find specific words or expressions and quickly replace them in your written documents. The plain and functional interface is split into two panes that show the source text and the process items.

Once you copy paste the desired paragraphs into the application you can perform adjustments using the numerous included tools.

Regarding text replacement capabilities, WildGem lets you create custom and complex text replacement commands. You can use the program to target single or multiple characters as well as employ case sensitive and whitespace filters.

For example, the application can be set to replace all the words that start and end with a 'b' with one or multiple characters in between the word limits. As a result, WildGem is a robust tool that allows you to create user-defined expressions to replace entire text blocks. It's also possible to create advanced search queries using logical operators like OR/NOT.
