If you’ve been searching for a robust and feature-rich e-book creator you should definitely try Jutoh. The program lets you create ebooks from a large number of sources and offers output options to EPUB, CHM, HTML, HTB and other formats.

In the multi-panel UI, you can have multiple actions opened at the same time, thus easily customize any aspect of your project in just a few clicks. In the ‚Organizer’ you can manage your ebook’s structure and in the ‚Control Panel’ you can build files with the press of a button.

In the ‚Layout’ pane you can change the look of your pages and objects, and in the working window you can see the currently edited item. Jutoh lets you generate a blank ebook via the built-in wizard. You need to insert an author name, title, published and other informaion like the publisher site, language, subject and so on.

The ‚Project Folder’ can be optionally used to load templates and users can customized their favorite ‚Initial Formats’ which include OpenDocument, Epub, HTML, Text, MobiPocket and more. There’s also the option to choose between a ‚Fixed Book Layout’ and a ‚Normal Reflowable Book’. The first option lets you define the page size and even load the background image of your choice.

Then you can further customize the ebook like adding photos, text, new pages and tweaking them to your liking. Once you’re happy with the project simply use the Compile option to save the file in the desired format.
