ToDoList is an incredibly useful task management application that lets you create and manage tasks with options to color-code and prioritize them, add tags, schedule reminders, encrypt data and many others. This tiny app lets you keep track of your daily activities, allowing you to organize your daily schedule and stay focused on the task at hand, rather than trying to remember what comes next.

The tool lets you create an unlimited number of tasks and subtasks, as well as enter information like date, title, category, tags, estimate time, priority and color code. Also, you can set reminders, use the spellchecker for comments and titles, split tasks into sections, and archive or send them via email.

ToDoList allows you to password-protect the task list, to keep your personal information secure against unauthorized acces. Also, you can export the task list to a file, upload the project to a website via FTP, view the integrated calendar, sort tasks by a variety of criteria and find a certain job using the search function.

Also, ToDoList comes with multilingual support, several keyboard shortcuts and plenty of options to customize the interface, plus you can set it to run automatically at system startup.
