VidCutter: Handy tool for trimming clips without editing or altering their format.

VidCutter is a very useful open-source application that was developed in order to allow users to cut and join videos without the need to re-encode them.

The great thing about it is that it doesn’t modify anything about the source video, like its format, resolution, or bitrate, and aside from its length, the exported file will be the same as the original.

When users import a video, which they can do by just dropping it onto the application window, they will only need to set the start and endpoints for each clip they want to create.

There is also a built-in media player that allows users to preview the videos, and also gives them the possibility to move the marker one frame at a time to make sure the clip is trimmed as accurately as possible.
