Groove Music: A useful helper for all users who want to manage their music collection

Microsoft's most popular music application, Groove Music, which was formerly known as Xbox Music, is delivering its users, all the content they want when it comes to songs, albums, and artists.

Groove Music is designed to serve as a music player and a content manager. It managed to combine both in a very slick and clean interface that can automatically collect all the songs stored in the default Music folders on your computer and also in specific locations created by you.

The developers thought very carefully when designing the application, in a way that no matter which section you are browsing, the app will not disappear from the lower side of the interface and you will always see which song is playing, allowing you to pause it, skip to the next one or go back to the previous one, also other standard controls like turning on shuffling, playlist repeat or controlling the volume.

Groove Music comes with a great feature, iTunes support, which allows you to add music through the "Import playlists" function and you can save the tunes into a new playlist and display it in the left panel for easy access.

The application will automatically show pieces of information about the songs, albums, artists, and placing them in the right order.

Groove Music is a good music player with easy-to-use playback controls and a handy collection manager, however, it has a limited set of features and it makes it more suitable for basic tasks.
